All the features are great. It’s kinda pricey but it’s very durable. Having a hard time getting the beeping sound to stay off when I use the fingerprint to open it. Would love it to not beep. Also it would be great if it opened a bit faster. The fingerprint scan takes a longer than I would like. I imagine if I ever had to use this when in a defensive situation, that 2 seconds would seem like an eternity. Make sure it’s mounted. The drawer slides open very quickly, mix that with the weight of a loaded gun and a clip and it could tip. The Wi-Fi feature is nice. It told me when my son was messing around with it when I wasn’t home. Just wish it would have sent me a text or something to let me know someone was trying to open it. I found out he did it after looking at the time stamp in the app for it

I purchased this vault to allow quick, secure, and easy access to my firearm. It has proven to meet all of the three requirements with ease. To be clear, this is not a "vault". It is an easy way to secure your firearm from unintended access and allow you to easily access it in the case of an emergency.I have found the access to the firearm to be easy and straight forward. I'm confident I can retrieve and defend whenever necessary. I am not worried about unintended hands achieving access to my firearm, when securing stored in this vault.The mounting of this vault is super flexible. You can achieve almost any configuration desired with confidence. Make sure that your mounting point is solid though. The mounting instructions provide solid recommendations on how to mount the vault.I was able to store my 9mm 2011 with a red dot in in the vault, but it was super tight, almost too tight. I recommend not having a top mounted laser on the firearm to be stored in this vault. There is an extra magazine storage in the vault, which works well for my 9mm. I haven't tried any lager firearms.Overall, I recommend this vault for a bed side vault for home security. It allows security and easy access in the event of an emergency.
