This is a lockable gun cabinet - not a safe! The door has a little bit of heft to it but the sides, top & bottom are just typical thickness of metal office cabinets. It was fairly easy to assemble but a helping hand would help. It weighs about 80 lbs empty and I recommend attaching it to a wall for a bit more security. Make sure and set up your fingerprint for lock opening, if not any fingerprint will open it! Mine had a bit of cosmetic damage & from what I have read this is not uncommon. Keep that in mind....for the price point these are at don't expect perfection.

Only 2 slots for handgun storage, but otherwise I'm satisfied with the sturdiness.

Gun safe was damaged when it arrived. To much trouble to disassemble and ship back. The safe was at a good price but $89 shipping ….not worth it

I was looking forward to this item for it to show up damaged. The door was bent up on the corner. The box was not damaged. It also came in quite a few pieces. I would probably spend a little more next time and buy something a little better quality.

The walls and shelves are bend , the screws don’t line up right . It’s not a easy 40 minute project. The gun cabinet DOES NOT hold 12-15 rifles. If you have scopes on they don’t fit in the cabinet correctly.

Good, clear assembly instructions. Very little "Chinglish."Goes together well and holes align well, so no "boogered up" screws.It's a pretty decent metal gauge, considering the price.It's not a true safe - I think of it as a locking gun cabinet.Probably won't prevent theft but as a way to keep children away, it's just fine.Like the fingerprint reader for quick access if needed.[Recommended.]

Very easy to put together with straightforward instructions. Packaging was great, no damage to box or its contents. Locking mechanism is easy to set up and use.
