I am pleased to have this undermount jar opener, however we have only had it a short while. It is primarily plastic so continued use will determine how it holds up. Satisfied for now.

It actually might be a wonderful jar opener, but I couldn't try it because the adhesive pad that would attach it under the cabinet was not double-sided adhesive. No way to install it under the cabinet if you don't have a double-sided adhesive pad (except screws, which I didn't want to use because that would make holes in the cabinet). It may be a manufacturing defect that it had adhesive only on one side of the pad. Amazon is replacing the opener - here's hoping the replacement comes with the double-sided adhesive pad!

Works ok for most jars. Helps make opening the jars easier. Super easy to install once you get the very hard to remove films over the adhesive. Seems durable.
