This is a Christmas gift for my fiance, however the size of the mug is small I couldn’t find the size in the description before ordering and was hoping for decent size. But that’s not the case. Wouldn’t recommend due to the size of the mug for the price.

I like the product as a whole but do have a issue. The mug slides off the warmer very easily which has and does create a issue with hot products in the mug. I do believe the 4 feet of warmer should have rubber on them instead of the plastic as this may help the issue of mug sliding. If you barely touch whatever the warmer is sitting on (flat surface) the mug just slides off. I do love the design just not sure I can actually use it much because of the spillage issues. Lets Go Bruins!!!!!

The mug is great, the warmer is a US plug so don't buy unless you are in the US

Alas! I received the mug/ warmer and gave it to my son , but just a couple days later I received another one from Amazon! I don’t think I will use the second mug, so I need to return it.BTW, my son was very pleased with the gift!He is a BIG Sharks fan!!

Delivered fast, exceeded expectations....ordered for my gf because she loves hot tea and this keeps her tea warm perfectly while it sits and waits for her to finish it. Highly recommend this product for warm drink drinkers .

It works fine. I was surprised it worked at all considering the packaging was completely destroyed when I received it.
