This pair of bright red Spandex knee pads is a bit strange. It felt as if I were wearing a rigid sponge over the top of my knee. No matter how hard I tried to adjust it, the padding was uncomfortable against the top and sides of my knee. I do think these pads run a bit small. I ordered the large based on the size chart, but I think the XL would have fit me better. If you do end up ordering these knee pads, I would definitely recommend ordering a size larger than normal.Machine washable. Allow to air dry.I wasn’t particularly happy with these knee pads. I never could get the knee pad to sit comfortably, and I was constantly pulling them up. As previously stated, if you do order these knee pads, I would suggest ordering one size larger than you normally wear. I don’t think I would recommend them because of how hard and ill-fitting the knee pad was.
