Updated:I found the seller’s email address from the printed material included in the order and emailed them about the premature product failure. I received a response within hours and a replacement fob in a few days. Customer service does not get much better than that. These fobs do look great, have a good feel, and other than the connection point that failed, are durable. With the new fob, I’ll try a different way of attaching the fob to a keyring, and expect that it will now last years. Given the damage that Elmo is doing to the brand, this replacement fob may outlast the car. 5 stars for the customer service, 4 stars for the overall experience.Original:Loved it until it broke 4 months in, and gluing it doesn't help; also can't get ahold of the seller to replace it. Tired of having to re-buy fob covers because they don't last. So for 4 months it was the best fob cover I've had in years. But now it's toast, so back to the drawing board until I get a Rivian. It's beyond embarrassing to own a Tesla anymore.

After inserting my key fob into the holder I noticed it really wasn't in there super tight and there was noticeable rips just after placing the fob into it. I placed a silicone ring around the whole thing to hold it together and figured that was enough. After a full day of use, I looked down at my carabiner of keys and saw that the key fob had broken off of my key ring and now my $175 fob is gone. Have no idea how this has such high reviews

This key fob cover is so perfect. It was easy to install the key fob for my 2018 S model in place inside the cover and its fits securely. The cover looks amazing and I love that it has the indications for lock/unlock and frunk/trunk opening clearly marked- it makes using those functions so much easier. It does make the key fob a little bigger, but not much and it fits easily in my pocket. For 10 bucks, this is one of the best buys I have made in a long time!!

I saw this and was intrigued so I gave it a try. It's interesting, it protects your key fob for your Tesla, if you have this type of key fob. It is prone to scratches which make it look old and ugly. My wife prefers the key fob because it's more efficient to lock the car vs her phone. I'm not sure if she really needed this but she is trying it. It's a little on the large size which could be a blessing (easy to find your key on the counter) or a curse (big in your pocket). That said, I gave it a high rating because it is high quality and I believe it will last a long time. It will definitely protect the key fob. The only thing I didn't like was the key fob string - it is not well made or designed. It also came with a ring but neither was needed anyway so that was not an issue.

This is a well made case for the Tesla S key fob. Fits well and enhances the look and safe of the key fob. The ring and the leather part of this fob cover is well made and doesn’t look cheap at all. Well worthy purchase to keep your key fob safe.
