It's a no for me. Sometimes I went to use them and they would turn off as soon as I turned them on. Sound wasn't bad when they did work. The thing that really pissed me off was the charger half the time it wouldn't charge and worse they fit in the charger so tight it took a lot of strength to take it off the charger. I ended up breaking them after about using them only 6 times. The ear bud snapped trying to get the charger off.

Headphones do what the marketing claims it does but:after buying the Sony (twice as expensive) you realize what are you paying for.This is cheap knock off. Yes it is cheaper and yes, it has double the space compared to Sony, but comfort, sound quality. Sound quality is worse then the telephone is 50s, so what exactly are you paying for here - is not clear. Also after a few swims realized that it is not just not comfortable, but causes pain in certain places it touches your head. so No, I dont recommend this product. Better buy Sony and enjoy everything about that experience

-Sound quality not good, but it's acceptable-File transfer won't work since it's not appearing as it's suggested on the booklet.Not sure if it's device and connection related or won't support MacOS?Unfortunately I will return as soon as possible

The most difficult part for me was finding the way to change my music to mp3 on Mac. Now that I have, it was easy for the rest drag and drop. As regular earphones I find these amazing. They are noise canceling and the sound is amazing and very loud. Its is very comfortable in the ears which I was worried at first about. The main reason was to use it when I am swimming, I have not had a chance yet but will update this once I do. Excited!Update: went swimming these have amazing sound quality underwater. I did find the earbuds were very uncontrollable with my cap. I did have to do many adjustments for it to feel comfortable, however once I found the right spot they were amazing. They also act as ear plugs, absolutely no water in my ears!! Very happy with this purchase does exactly what I wanted them to do. Distract me from over thinking my moves while swimming!Update; Unfortunately I had to return these. Although they worked amazing they were very uncomfortable I actually got a sore where it was pushing against on the top of my ear. I wish it would have worked out because besides them being very uncomfortable they worked amazing, I tried so many positions.

The unit is not user friendly. The fit is uncomfortable, the connection to pc or cell is via a proprietary cradle and with usb-a, and is not always obtainable. I could not get the BT to switch off to allow the mp3 to kick in. The "swim buds" (i assume they are because there are no instructions), have a thin membrane the prevents the sound to pass through. None of the buds were comfortable in the my ears. I did not even get to try it in the pool. Skip this unit for sure.

Hello active swimmersI am writing to say the customer service is incredible .I received a pair of these swimming head phones and programmed them and went to go use them and they didn’t work, which was immediately disappointing. Then to boot I was pass the 30days to do anything about it .Amazon was unable to help me with the product but was able to direct me so I could contact the seller.I sent everything back and they paid for the return shipping and returned me a new one .I swam for 45 minutes and the new pair worked great.Very happy with the product and the service .Easy to use and would highly recommend .Once you can figure how to fit the ear pieces in your ears (have to play around with them) , you will be golden as , I originally thought they were too big but now I love how they attach .

I was excited to get it. I swim and wanted to have it for listening to during my laps in the pool.The worked just as advertised.The instructions are lacking. I got more info from the Amazon site description than I got from the instruction booklet.A few things to keep in mind:1) You have to wear a swim cap. It would not stay on without a cap. (I had to retrieve them twice from the bottom of the pool.) I put a cap on, and it was perfect.2) Bluetooth does NOT work in water. Not even just under the surface. That is a bluetooth limitation, not a limitation of the product. That's okay, because I only wanted it for the playback.3)The playback is good...I wish it were louder though, but it is good enough. I REALLY wish the voice that tells you "Power off", "Switched to Bluetooth", etc. was louder. It's pretty loud in the pool and I can't hear her voice.4) For some reason it KEPT trying to switch to bluetooth, so I had to keep manually switching it back to playback. I think it tries to connect whenever it sensed a bluetooth signal. This is very annoying.5) The manual says I can switch it from sequential playback to shuffle. I can't figure out how to do that.I would like someone to get back to me on that.6) Putting songs onto the device was as easy as connecting it to the computer, opening the device folder and copying entire folders over.I am happy with my purchase, but I have used it only once....I will update when I have used it some more.****Update*****I am sad to say that I have to return the earphones.I was happy to use them, but the on/off button caused problems from the first use.It started with #4 above.Then I had trouble turning it on.And, as I write this, I can't turn it off.I have to return it.Such a shame....it would have been perfect otherwise.
