The inner cloth sleeve is pretty thin hardly any better insulation than plain silicone mitts. I expected large mits, but these are pretty tight on my hands. I end up using kitchen towels instead unless I'm worried about boiling water or hot oil burning me.

Love these, you can’t feel any heat with these on and it protects you forearms from oven door or rack burns.

Exactly as they look. They are a little on the big side for me but my husband really likes them and fit him perfect. Win win

This is a very nice set of silicone oven mitts. and they worked well when our oven had to be set for high temperatures. Comfortable, and covered a nice part of lower arm, protecting them from burns accidentally hitting sides of oven or racks
