This product is absolute garbage. A waste of money and a frustrating product for what should be a simple solution. Buttons would not release the grip after the first usage.

I bought these to use with my Carote pots and pans and I think they are better than the originals. I haven’t had them long but so far so good!

I ordered the removable handle for a grilling pan that I ordered that only has small side handles that do not have heat protection on them. After burning my hands several times using the pan (Since most of my pans have large heat resistant handles, I would just reach out to turn this pan without remembering to grab a hot pad.) I was tired of getting burned fingers and found this detachable handle. The handle is GREAT. Installing it is easy, it fits tightly on the side of my pan and I like that it locks in place by pressing down the button, then unlocking for to remove for cleaning my pan and storage. For me this has really made a huge difference in how often I will use my grilling pan because I now have a way to hold the pan to stir or flip things in the pan. It clearly makes it a huge safety difference for me. My grilling pan is thicker and I do have to squeeze it hard to get it attached but once attached it is not going to fall off. My pan also has a slight lip to it so it really grabs onto that. The price was very reasonable and I received it quickly. I like that it is versatile and I could use it on other pots/pans as well when needed.

I wanted this snap on handle to go on one of my pans which requires a handle. It is a low brunch pan (for eggs and bacon). I found that this handle should fit most pans universally and it does indeed snap on securely to my little brunch pan. One thing I did find out though is it doesn’t tolerate direct heat and will start to smell and almost melt, so keep that in mind. If the pan is larger and the handle is away from direct heat it is fine. This pan handle snaps on and off easily and it has little rubber pads so it will fit pretty much any sized pan and stay securely in place. Other than the issue I had I am very pleased and would recommend. A silicone pot holder is also included. I think this is a great value for the money also.
