I bought two of these 14TB drives for my Synology DS223J NAS. So far they are working great! NO bad sectors or any other issue. They seem to be reliable hard drives. They aren't noisy at all. I have the NAS under my bed and I can barely hear it. They are decently priced compared to the competition. I highly recommend this product!

Drives work great in the NAS. No config issues. Installation was quick, NAS immediately saw drives. Created SHR partition.

Drive arrived as expected. Shortly after installation in my NAS, I got a crash report. Drive dead! Contacted Seagate warranty support and I’m to get a replacement. Two weeks now still waiting. My NAS is not happy and neither am I!Update: now a month still waiting. first in stock will ship soon, now no longer in stock, case has highest priority. Well, not so much!!! be aware the 14 TB drive has shown to have failure rate approaching 5%, way higher that all other manufactures.

Seagate stands behind its products. I had two older Seagate NAS Drives fail - no questions asked, just replaced.I will always choose Seagate over other brands because how well they accept returns.100% Seagate.

I ordered this drive when the price dropped around July 1st and got it delivered very quickly. I installed it as a cache drive in my NAS and so far everything works perfectly. I'll update this review if my drive encounters any issues but so far there were none!

Simple plug-n-play solution (Synology DS1520+). Works well to speed up delivery of Plex menus with lots of thumbnails. Bonus is that this is on the approved hardware list from Synology (check your model on the compatibility list first) and the price is attractive when compared to the OEM offering and slightly larger capacity too.

Ho comprato questo hard disk per utilizzarlo nel mio pc fisso, avevo bisogno di un hard disk che lavorasse molte ore per salvare e mantenere certi file importanti.L'ho installato nel case e dopo avergli dato una partizione e una lettera disco, ho fatto il primo benchmark con CrystalDiskMark (Allego immagine)Sono soddisfatto dell'hard disk in quanto non l'ho comprato per farlo lavorare in velocità ma per l'archiviazione longeva dei file, esso infatti durante il primo test di benchmark e durante il secondo di caricamento dei file (Circa 500gb) ha mantenuto le temperature di circa 25 °C / 35 °C senza mai superare i 35 °C. Premetto che il mio case ha un moderato airflow.La scatola di imballaggio non mi è piaciuta, ottime le parti in gomma e la plastica intorno all'Hard Dis, ma non ho avuto una minima scatola di riconoscimento del prodotto, solo la scatola in cartone, pensavo arrivasse con una scatola diversa.

Conecte este IronWolf de 14TB a un NAS totalmente nuevo, junto a este disco tambien compre uno de 10TB y dos de 8TB, todos funcionaron bien menos el de 14Tb el sistema nunca lo puedo incluir, no se pudo hacer el RAID por culpa de este, ya estoy en proceso de devolución y cambio por otro ya que este venia defectuoso de fabrica
