I was unable to drill a hole in a screw because I didn't realize that the drill bits, not just the extractor bits, are left-handed. YOU MUST REVERSE YOUR DRILL WHEN DRILLING THE HOLE!

Work as should. Presto known for quality, still have drill bits and taps from the latter part of the last century. Would like to find Presto drill bit set..

These things are super useful and come in handy big time. This kit comes with 10 pieces so you have a bunch of different sizes to choose from to help get out any screws that may be stripped. It’s really easy to use them and they seem like they’re made of really good, durable material. It’s also nice that it comes in a storage case.

The middle (third largest) extractor in the set of 5 removed a cap screw with a rounded out 3mm hex opening out of a rifle scope mounting ring.I didn't even need to pre-drill the screw, since this cap screw already had a rounded hole in it ;o)Used a T-handle wrench to apply slow and steady torque to the stuck screw and it thankfully came free.
