Very nice and heavy cooking mat. The quality of this silicone baking mat is a good value for the money.

I’ve used these for nearly a year and I report they remain excellent. A bit of discolouration (very slight) but other than that, it remains perfect. It continues to perform. I’ve pushed the boundaries with heat and they still hold up. The product is well made and is thick.

This is not Silpat and the difference in quality is clear. Would have retimed these if we noticed sooner.

I was skeptical to buy these, especially at the price. They are well worth the price. Really easy to clean. Food slides off and the best part is it makes it so easy to clean your pan. Sometimes food never touches my actual pan so I wipe it off with a quick spray dish cleanser and put it away. Easy peasy.

This is by far one of the best products I have ever purchased for the kitchen. Silicone pads are awesome and save you from having to use tin foil or parchment paper. So easy to clean and I find that everything cooks a little quicker and more evenly when sitting on the Silpat. Best of all.....this is Made in France! :)

I love this product. This is amazing and keeps my oven floor super clean. It literally catches everything because of it's size and it is super easy to clean. Even if anything gets baked onto it, it wipes right off under running water.I bought this because I used to line the bottom of my oven with tin foil only to have that bake onto my oven floor. Don't do this ever. If you do happen to make a mistake and your tin foil gets stuck to the bottom of your oven, then the only thing that takes it off is Easy Off heavy duty oven cleaner and you'll have to do several applications for it to take it off. Instead, get the silpat and you'll never have to worry about this happening again!!!!!

No comparison to the cheaper brands, which lose their not stick properties after one or two bakes. These are a must have for french style macaron creation, parchment only works ok. I would buy the version without the guides printed on them for that purchase, the guides make huge cookies which in my opinion are much too large. If you want a guide, I would use a guide under these, they are semi transparent, that would be the one use for the cheaper mats, their macaron guides are a much better size. I would rather have a one bite cookie, and those are more like three or four bites.
