I like how smooth and secure this latch is. I replaced a latch that was damaged, this was an easy replacement. The compartment now closes and opens easily.

I really wanted to install this but haven't had the chance yet. We purchased a new RV this past May and it's in for repairs. Since it's still under warranty we gathered a list throughout the year and dropped it off to have everything repaired. I will say, I did unbox the latch to review. The latch feels nice and sturdy. Keys work well. Installation should be pretty strait forward as long as it fits. I will update the review once I get my RV back and go through the install.
