I'm looking to buy a well made tile saw and came across this one at Floor and Decor, I liked that it's made in a European country, Europe is known for good quality products and engineering, but NOT this thing, this saw is the exception, you have to see it in person to see how cheaply made this thing is, you'd swear it was a Made in China product, the base stand is extremely thin gauge metal, you can bend it with your fingers, the blade guard is made of cheap plastic, the A-frames on both sides are constructed of thin stamped metal, this is what holds up the entire bridge and motor, The motor looked well made, that's the only thing I liked about this thing, but I couldn't power on the motor in the store. ..After looking at it, I now understand why the German made 10" saws run about $2000-$2500 and this one is half the price, you pay for what you get.. It's a decent saw for the do-it yourselfer, the homeowner who will use it to tile his house and never take it out again, but for the contractor who's using this regularly, it wont last long, and you'll find yourself buying the one that you were too cheap to buy in the first place.

excellent saw right out of the box. very little assemble and squared cuts with only minor adjustment. freight shipping was good with no damage although they lost the box for a day.
