Brief Description
- This is a quartz timer,round mechanical hour meter,it only has the function of accumulating the total working time.
- It needs to connect an external power supply,voltage range is AC110-250V.
- Its timing mechanism contains a quartz oscillator which provides a high degree of accuracy.
- It can be used for tracking time on machinery such as boats, cars, trucks, tractors,compressors,golf carts,dryer,blower,sweeper or any other device where time is used to determine oil change intervals, service requirements or where there is a need to record hours operated.
Hour Meter Function
- It only record the total running hours.
- The timing range is 0.0-99999.9H.
- The red color digit in white background,every 6 minutes rolls 1. When it rolls to 9 and after next 6 minutes,the hour meter will show 00001.0(Which means it has worked 1 hour)
- The total running hours can not be reset manually,only when it reaches to 99999.9H,and after 6 minutes,it will roll to 00000.0.
Waterproof Round Mechanical Hour Meter Gauges
- It is waterproof design,IP67.
- The two pins are sealed.
- The rubber gasket prevents water from entering the machines.
Hour Meter Installation
Cut the Mount Hole
- The installation method of this hour meter is embedded,need to cut a mount hole of the machine firstly.
- The panel cut-out size is 43mmx39mm,φ is 50mm.
- The thickness of the panel must be at least 2mm,otherwise it will cause loosening.
Insert the Hour Meter
- Insert the rubber gasket into the hour meter,which can effectively prevent water from seeping into the machine.
- Insert the hour meter into the panel hole.
- Finally, secure the hour meter from the rear with the mounting bracket.
Hour Meter Connection
- The hour meter has two pins,regardless of polarity.
- You need to connect one pin to the external power +,connect another pin to the external power -.
- Please make sure the external power is in the range of AC110-250V.If the used voltage is higher or lower,it will not work.
- Due to the high voltage,be carefully.

I have had this for a while and am just now getting around to finishing my build. This hour meter is installed properly by my mechanic but it does not function. I replaced it with one from a local shop that looks identical to it that does work. Sometimes you just get a bad part and I feel this is one of those times. It is marked 110 volts but when applied it simply does nothing.

installed this on a new air compressor. It worked fine for about 3/10 of an hour then it stopped counting. with power applied, you can hear the clock run intermittently inside, but the numbers on the counter never advance
