As this item was listed as “used but good condition” I assumed it would show signs of wear. While the set of chimes did not look worn, 4 of the chimes had come off either during shipping or it was shipped that way. I spent about 30 mins reattaching the loose chimes, all 4 had broken strings that chimes hang from. Still a good deal, I just didn’t expect to have to repair them before I could play them.

When I first received this I was pretty excited. At first glance it looked pretty nice and sturdy. The sound was beautiful but when I took it out for rehearsal at church one of the chimes had fallen off before it was used. I was very disappointed and it was somewhat embarrassing because I had talked about it so much prior to it's arrival. Unfortunately, I had to return it and I just purchased one from a local percussion store. Paid a few dollars more but it was worth it.

Got this for my son, who is blind and loves musical toys. Amazing sound, easy to play, would have gotten the single but since the double set was only a few dollars more we got it. He's captivated and we couldn't be happier. This is the second piece we have from Rhythm Tech, both beautifully made

For the price, one of the clearest and most true sounds of all the brands I looked at. Will definitely buy more Rhythm Tech.

purchased for a child with disability who loves this at school. Gets very excited when it is brought out and loves feeling the chimes and ringing them. Great therapy!
