I had trouble hooking it up. It honestly looks very easy with QR code, apo, and everything, but I kept hitting a road block.I’m sure the average person could have gotten past it, I just didn’t have the time or patience to keep trying.Far too much on my plate when I was wanting it to be set up.We are mostly home now, so I dont have immediate use for it, will try again should the need arise.HUGE storage for the treats ( especially tiny kibble sized )But definitely could fit larger pieces and sizes.My purchase was intended for cats, for an 11 day trip ,so I was not going to mount it.I felt like the treats did come out at a highish velocity.Even though it never connected to my home internet, I tried the treat eject option and had to wonder if a face was there staring, or waiting ( could it hurt someone’s eye? )Probably best to Mount it up higher than face level, and perhaps out of reach of any kind.

I had to give this a one star but it does not even deserve this! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! I received my product & when I tested it, it worked fine. When I went to plug it in later, the product would not read the QR code to connect to my phone. After many tries, I called the company for support. They said they would email me the address for repairs. They didn’t send it, so I called the following day. It took 45 minutes for someone to finally answer. They apologized & said they would email me the address now. Again, it never came through. THIS WENT ON FOR 7 DAYS!! Waiting 30-45 minutes for someone to answer only to say the same thing. FINALLY, I said I would wait on the line until the email came through & the caller was very rude. Come to find out, I was speaking to the MANAGER Daryl. I sent my product in along with a tracking number. They never responded saying they had it but I knew they did. I had to call a week later to inquire about my device. They said there was nothing wrong & they would mail it back. They would not give me a new one. I received it today AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK! It is past 30 days so I cannot get my money back from RCA or Amazon. I am FURIOUS I now have to do this all over again until I get a new one that works!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

Was very easy to use,had this one over a week now and no issues with the connection to my router and my phone , have tried two other ones and returned them due to issues with connection to my router and blue tooth, so far this one has worked great

It seems to dispense treats properly. It also has a treat schedule, which is nice. The video picture is good. Only thing is it's quite LOUD when dispensing and also it really has "boost" when shooting it out. Goes pretty far. Will work for now since the Ieebiz one we had quit working.

Nice except it dispenses multiple treats at a time. Cannot get it to so one at a time and it is pretty picky with the size treats you use.

Always keeping an eye on our 11 month old puppy. Love how you can give treats and talk to them.
