I had high hopes for this water storage. One day this month I found it collapsed and empty in the yard. The harder plastic parts became brittle with sun exposure. It did not serve my purpose.

Not only is this barrel collapsible, it comes with two spigots and its own strainer on top! I didn't have to get anything extra to use this barrel, I literally just had to set it up in my yard.

One year review. First 6 months were amazing. This product worked exactly as expected. After month 6, the plastic support ring at the top started to crack/break and the zipper to open would stick, misalign and overall be a pain. Today the zipper broke and the support ring at the top is almost non existent. I would recommend this item if you don't plan to open it that much or open it regularly to keep the zipper clean and working. I will be replacing this barrel with a different solution.

I spent $181 for this barrel. It worked fine until it filled up. When it got full, multiple legs collapsed and the entire lid ripped out of the seams. I’m not able to return, get a refund, or even speak to the manufacturer in China. The pump I used also failed because the barrel no longer was supplying water to it. I lost $250 because I bought this cheap Chinese junk product. Beware!

The rain barrel come folded up and assembly is required put together the 3-piece rods that support the sides and the multi-piece ring the holds the round top stable.Determine location first, then assemble barrel. Having two people makes assembly go quicker. Per the instructions, you do not want to drag the barrel. We were collecting rainwater in garbage cans and as seen, this 265-gallon barrel dwarfs the garbage cans! Excited to have a very large storage container - we use the rainwater to water fruit trees in backyard. We will use an electric pump transfer water in and out of the barrel.

Perfect for collecting rain, this collapsible barrel is useful anywhere rain can be captured. Recommended for ease of use.

This is a very large collapsible barrel style rain catchment system that not only stores 265 gallons of water, but the entire top (about 4 feet in diameter) is designed to catch rain as well as store it. It has three pre-installed spigots for a number of uses whether adding water or removing water and a built-in strainer to keep leaves/twigs and critters out. It is made of a PVC mesh and frame which is collapsable/portable and stowable and is a nice green color that keeps the water at ambient temperature without heating it up. I had been catching water with two 55-gallon PVC drums previously, and not only does this hold over four times as much capacity, but it also has the built in strainer and doesn't splash the water everywhere. A very eco-friendly and plant friendly alternative to using ice cold chlorinated and occasionally fluoride infused hose water on your plants. A great buy rain barrel that I will be obtaining more of before the next garden season.

Easy to assemble by myself. Bought 12 inch pavers for hard surface underneath. I got the rain and they filled up perfectly. Here are some insights so far: The spouts are not ready for USA hoses, so you will need to plan for that, the screen in the middle can get clogged, and a few of the pole feet were a bit deformed, but still worked. The 200 gallon capacity is fantastic! We now have two. We had more than an inch of rain in around an hour and these barrels completely filled up. I like the flexible fabric because you can touch the side of the barrel and immediately feel the water line. I had rigid plastic barrels before and they both failed in around three years. I plan to use the zipper on the top to allow me to drop a submersible pump into the barrels and drain the water out quickly to water my garden. Very pleased with this product.
