05 3500 with 3” leveling kit. Had to turn the end of the drag link half a turn as it connected to the old pitman arm from the top. Hoping this will help cure the “death wobble” as it allows the drag link to be a lot flatter instead of at such an angle. The drag link connects through the bottom on this one.

Had to rotate my ball joint that connects to the farside of the pitman arm due to the tapper of the hole being on the opposite side of the pitman arm compared to the stock pitman arm. Other then that it works great.
