They don't brace the plant in the box but its wrapped in plastic. It arrived on it's side in a damaged box. The plant survived, luckily it wasn't one of the more expensive ones that I was considering.I thought it would be two large branches and 14" high as the description, photo & price indicicated but it's small 6" single branch cascade. I think I'll stick to nurseries from now on.
