You are probably already familiar with E-Ink readers, color display adds value to the specific use casesPros:1) This one is suitable for reading technical books with color pictures2) Improves comfort when reading sci-fi novels with pictures, tales for children, pdf files with color schemes, tables, pie/bar charts etc3) Pocket friendly 6' size4) Backlight illumination5) Text-to-speechCons:1) Not suitable for viewing photos, art, design work due to 4096 colors and shades, which makes it only suitable for pictures that does not require HD color depth and true color reproduction2) Requires bumper/case due to scratchy plastic shell3) Internal storage 16Gb is nit expandable and on the small side of the market of portable devicesSummary: if you are interested to use it as regular E-Ink reader but want to view some basic media pictures, this is a great extension of the functionality. If you require better and true color reproduction, this is not the tablet for you.

Revising my review after customer service. Had problems before but got resolved. Major problem with this is you need pocketbook as your book broker rather than being able to connect directly to a computer for book and file transfers. In that regard, it is cumbersome. Operations are a little glitchy but it is in color, though a little washed out. Not terrible but would compare with others.
