Exactly what I expected and came in record time! I’d borrowed my ice unit - which works great on my post surgery knee - but saw the original pad wasn’t doing well after my friends ran bleach through the system. The pad is identical to the original. Just remember: a “B connection” means the hose connector actually is “B” shaped, i.e. 2 parallel hoses, connection is flat on one side, indented on opposite side.I use plastic frozen water bottles in the tank - slower to thaw and easier to change out.My caregiver loves the unit, too!

I purchased the Physio Natural Cold Therapy Machine last year for my Left knee replacement surgery in Dec. 2023. Icing and physical therapy are the key to quick recovery after TKR surgery. This machine was perfect. I dropped 3 or 4 frozen water bottles in the water tank and it kept the water flowing ice cold. I used it so much that the velcro straps could barely hold at the end of my recovery.Knowing I was having my right knee replaced this December, I emailed PhysioNatural to see if I could just get the lower attachment I needed, James replied immediately and I ordered the part I needed. It showed up with a different connection, so I emailed James the pics and he sent out the proper replacement ASAP.I now pretty much have brand new machine for my surgery in a few months!!A special thanks to James at PhysioNatural for his OUTSTANDING SERVICE.I highly recommend this machine for anyone having any type of major joint surgery. They also make them for shoulder and elbows I believe.

The snap in connections differ from the original pad that came with the cryo machine!The first pad leaked after 3 months, no warranty past 30 days, bought what the same site shows, different coupling snaps! Do not buy this machine! We are out $189, and now hassling with returning this pad! I’d given it 0 stars if allowed!

It is thin and comfortable! It holds the water well and stores nicely by being able to be folded. The hose is short, and that works well for storage too
