Easy to set up: Just let it sit for 24 hours, keep it level, and run a vinegar rinse. The side tank is super convenient - it stores extra water so I don't have to constantly refill like with my old machine. It makes ice incredibly fast (the first batch is ready in just 5 minutes!) while remaining surprisingly quiet. The ice comes out solid, melts more slowly, and doesn't clump together in the freezer. The controls couldn't be simpler (just power, ice, and clean buttons). I love the handy front-access door for getting ice. Definitely the best nugget ice maker I've used!

As someone who constantly chews ice, this machine is a dream come true. It creates that perfect pebble ice texture I love without any annoying chunks. The self-cleaning feature is a huge bonus too—just set it and forget it!

We bought this for our small office. It makes enough ice for 15 people’s drinks throughout the day. The compact size fits perfectly on our counter, and the stainless steel matches our other appliances

The soft, chewable pellets are perfect for my iced coffee and cocktails. I also love that it holds 0.8 gallons of water, so I don’t have to refill it constantly.
