Like others have said, worked for less than two weeks and now will not hold a charge at all. It does also get very hot when charging, so much so that it's difficult to hold in certain areas. I'd steer clear of this case.

Garbage, first one died within a week of using. Won't take a charge anymore with any cables I have. Second one broke at the connection point inside where it connects to your phone. Do not buy.

Love the design of the product BUT on my third one because it's fragile. First one the battery cover broke. Then the charging burnout. Lasted 2 years. Second one burnt out in 6 months using a high power charger. There is no voltage regulator. So using any charger that provides more than 15W of power will destroy this thing. So low power and no power regulation. Doesn't transfer data which is great when using unsecured chargers in airplanes and airports BUT means you can't use headphones with the product. Would love a product with a second usb-c so can charge with one and listen on another with headphones.

The product is great. It does keep my battery charged. However I cannot plug in my phone to my car because it won't adapt so I have to take the cover off to do that

I bought this phone battery case for my Pixel. Not sure why the Pixel goes through so much battery life, but this fixed the problem. Give my phone 2x the battery life and protects my phone.I did have to contact customer service for a small problem. They emailed me back and fixed everything without any problem.Would recommend

It was great while it worked, but just stopped taking any charge. I don't intend to use it just as a phone case as it's about the size and dimensions of the elephant man's head. Unfortunately it's going in the bin

It has about half the capacity of the claimed. It managed to charge about 130% in short bursts. In one go it won't even do a 100%, as it quickly loses charge when hot. And it gets hot whilst charging. The USB port gets the hottest, which begs for the question is the wire gauge thinner than a strand of hair? The excessive heat generation indicates a very poor efficiency.The build quality is fine, but the chosen material isn't durable at all: it collects scratches and marks.I had it just for a few days and it does the job I wanted from my Pixel 7, which is to do a full day work in parcel delivery (scanning, navigating, photographing, GPS tracking, etc). But if it won't last just a few months if some other reviews stated, I'll be mad.

I ordered one for my pixel 7 as I already had one for my pixel 6, which works fine on both phones.

I see a lot of people saying the charging of this case is subpar. Whether it's the heat generated when charging, the declining battery life over time, or the, or the fact it will not take as much abuse as a dedicated "armoured" case, this is all a tradeoff.The main reason I bought this case was to keep my phone battery from degrading over time. Phones have only a few hours of battery life under heavy usage and if you run your battery down and leave it, the battery will lose capacity extremely fast.With this case, I kept my phone in the ideal 40-80% range and never needed to completely emptyy phone battery. After 6 months, my phone battery shows no signs of degradation, and that's with heavy gaming use on a regular basis. On the other hand, the first case I bought had it's battery sucked down to nothing almost every charge and had barely enough power capacity to give my phone a single 60% charge.I have bought a second already because I can either replace a multi-hundred dollar phone because the battery died, or I can replace a fairly cheap case twice a year and keep my phone battery healthy.Great product! Have and will buy again!

A great battery case, I get about 34 hours of heavy usage compared to the 8 I was getting without it. I seen reviews mentioning the previous version for Pixel 6 could not charge the phone and case at the same time... this version does! I have yet to have this one get hot to the touch, which was a complaint on the last version as well. The only flaw I can point out is that the case can only charge at about 9 watts (likely for safety reasons) so it takes quite a while... not a problem if you plug it in before bed.

I purchased this item listed as "Used - Very Good" and this was either inaccurate or the item was damaged during transit. The box was completely open and the phone easily could have fallen out. As I have no way of knowing, my review is based on what I received. The bag it came in made it hard to tell but there was white gunk on the phone which was inside the bag which suggests it was packed that way.As for the item itself, it is rather bulky. I knew this when ordering but holding it feels bigger than I anticipated. Maybe just my take though. Not a deal breaker, and if it wasn't for the below, I'd give it 4 or 5 stars. Maybe the below is because it was used but it was advertised as just "minor cosmetic damage" so I would suspect not.The capacity or charge definitely doesn't give two full charges which is should based on the advertised capacity. Charging my phone from 40% to 100% took over half of the indicated battery capacity. Does it give you at least a second full charge and would more than double your battery life? Without a doubt. Does it more than triple as advertised? No way.When I attached the case at 40%, it did start to get rather warm at the bottom where the interface is. Uncomfortable to have in my pocket as it's warm these days so I left it on the counter. Probably doesn't get hot enough to be an issue but worth noting if that would be annoying to you.Ending on a good note: the case does seem sturdy. The battery portion jutting out does provide extra protection for the camera which I greatly appreciate.
