Initially, the case was great. I would plug the phone in and it would charge just fine. However, after 2 months, the case will not charge the phone. The phone will stop charging or the battery level will not increase. I tried a different cord with the same result. I took the phone out of the case and it charges normally. Looking for a different case after I hit send on this review.

I've had this charging phone case less than a month. I'm very disappointed. The case barely takes a charge, even with a fast charger it takes 3-6 hours to charge the case itself. When you plug your phone in to charge it'll charge the phone before the case; again, no matter what you do the case will slow charge worse than a trickle of urine. The case throttles charging as a whole. Your phone will slow charge from normal charging with the case on and the case itself will slow charge the phone. The listing also advertises that this case has wireless charging, which is not true. The case will not charge with a wireless pad and cannot function as a wireless charging pad. I understand there's not many options for a battery phone case for the S24 Ultra but this is not a product you want to own.

The case does not allow the phone to fully charge when connected together! I had to separate the case from the phone in order to charge it to 100% and that should not be!
