Received mop, bucket, and mop heads and used this item just two or three times and it worked great. Then, the mop pole came out of mop head and would not go back in. Tried several times to gently get the pole back in, but no luck. Was looking forward to using this item but I’m afraid I cannot recommend it, until you find a way to fix this issue for any other customers.

The mop heads are to long. I had to cut them down because it held way too much water. Otherwise it is ok. I had yo get the pump one cause it's too hard to push with their feet.

Was ok til got to part attaching mop to handle. Not sure how to proceed
