I am 78 years old ,I don't have the strength I once had using this mopping method is so easy just push the mopping handle down and pull it up that's it if you don't want that much water slide it into the dry side and it squeezes it out. The micro fiber really cleans the floor. I love mine so much I got one for my friend for Christmas. Thank you, Panama city Florida
