Works ok. But the smell is horrible. Smells like the old grease from bacon (to me). My ferrets hate it too.

My rat is almost four and has trouble cleaning herself especially as she has become incontinent and was formerly obese so she has lots of skin. I was struggling to wash her with just water almost every other day. This has given her a soft shiny coat and relieves her skin problems. It does not have to be used frequently at all. Has a slightly off putting smell though and she hates using it, but at four she's earned the right to hate anything she wants. This is definitely worth it and I wish I knew about it sooner.

We use this inbetween our ferrets baths. Leaves our little guy clean and smelling great.

I don't know if it got them as clean as the other foamy product i used by vet's best but it did have them smelling nice and their coats looked pretty nice too after having brushed them out. I always have a hard time getting my little lop sophie to take an actual bath of any sort but she didn't really fight with this and it left them cute and fluffy
