Absolute best customer service!! We had an issue with a side panel and this company went above and beyond to help fix it and sent it so quickly! We love this sauna and use it all the time. Best purchase! Heats up quickly, great sound and lighting options in the sauna. Can not recommend this sauna or company enough!

Bought this sauna in January 2024. I used it everyday and my wife about once a week. It worked like a charm until now. The infrared panels are starting to go. I had 3 that burned up in the last month. I can not find a direct replacement but I did find some that are a little smaller but seem to be working. I thought I would get at least 2 years out of it and then buy a new one. For the price it is a good deal I just wish they would sell replacement infrared panels. I will be getting a new one at the end of the year but will probably end up spending a lot more for one with a longer warranty and that has replacement parts.

Guess I was an unlucky one with the bad heating elements. Not sure if its a pure roll of the device, they get damaged in shipping, or what the deal is but it was fine for a year and then it overheated and set the wood on fire.Honestly not sure how I can recommend one of these to anyone if there is no quality control - it doesn't seem like these heater coils going bad/ overheating/ catching fire is a once in a lifetime occurrence, so caveat emptor.

I was looking for a sauna with very low EMF, I saw this one was advertised as Low EMF, but I was very skeptical. I have high tech EMF reader, I was surprise when I saw that in fact it is Very Low EMF!!! That is a must for me! The sauna came with a very minor dent, but nothing that really matters. I have used it a couple of times and works so good, you can really break a good sweat! I love that is small enogh to fit in my bedroom. Before I purchased the sauna I tried contacting lots of buyers to find out if anybody measure the EMF with a reliable hight teck meter, no body did! If you are also wondering if this sauna is really Low EMF, belive it, it's SUPER LOW EMF!

Have had this for a couple weeks now and so far so good! I had a very tight budget but really needed some regular sauna therapy in the convenience of my own home. I took a chance on this one because of it's price. I'm 5' 6" and put it together by myself in about 20 minutes.Beware, it is NOT a two person sauna, not even if you and your lady are very thin. it's just right for one person but that's it. I was hoping to be able to stretch some while in there, but no go. However, the small size wound up being a big plus for me, because if it were any bigger, I wouldn't have been able to fit it in the ideal place - right next to my cold plunge in my garage. So it's small size is a con and a plus. Also because of its size, it heats up very fast.it seems like the pannels give off different levels of heat so I'm not sure if thats by design or not, but the overall temp in the sauna feels even. the top piece is very thin and lots of heat escapes, and the sides and back get VERY hot when it's on, so I'll probably look into adding some insulation to make it as efficient as possible.Overall, so far I'm very satisfied and appreciate the ability to get into a home sauna for less than $2k

This is a great 1 person sauna, which includes a lot of nice features that are typically only available in larger saunas. I like the fact that it's light since I have it up in a loft and didn't want to add too much weight to this area of my home. Here are some of the pros and cons of this particular sauna:Pros:* Has Chromotherapy light, which is typically only available in larger saunas* Uses Carbon Crystal heating elements, which are much better than Carbon Fiber elements, since Carbon Fiber gives off too much EMF and doesn't heat evenly.* Weighs only about 174 lbs* Gets hot quickly, within 10 minutes it's already in the 120's F. I was able to get it up to 145 F, which is way too hot for me. 135 F is more than enough to have me sweating like crazy.* Has Bluetooth speaker connectivity (which can be turned off), another feature that is typically only found in larger saunas.* Doesn't have any bad chemical smells, which I was worried about given that it's made in China.* Material seems durable and elegant.* The digital display is inside the sauna, providing you with the ability to change settings without having to step out of the sauna.* EMF magnetic field readings directly on the panels are practically 0.x mG, though there is a small hot spot on each panel, most likely where the electric cable powers the panel, where the EMF is high. This can most likely be mitigated with a small piece of grounded copper mesh wire, to act as a "Faraday cage", which will block the EMF in these small areas. There are 5 panels in total, therefore there are 5 areas about 3"x3" you will have to cover with copper mesh if you really want to make it 100% dirty electricity proof. Overall, EMF magnetic field readings in a seating position are 0 mG.Cons:* There appears to be no way to have it store certain settings after you turn the sauna off. I want to permanently set the chromotherapy light to a particular fixed color (red), and the temperature unit to fahrenheit, but the next day I try using the sauna, the chromotherapy light is reset to white and the temperature unit is set to Celsius.* You can't run the Ozone O3 device while the sauna is turned off, which kind of defeats the purpose of having this device as you typically want to turn the Ozone generator on only after a sauna session, to kill any bacteria and mold.* Doesn't include a backrest, which I believe all saunas should include by default. You can always purchase one independently.
