This is another sturdy well made tool made by Milwaukee. I needed to drill holes in concrete blocks, the drill bit went into the blocks like butter. The dual speed made it more convenient to select for different materials. I am looking forward to continue installing the railings on concrete.

I paid for a new product and received an open box, return. The box was torn and re-taped. The drill was used and thechuck key was missing. This is really poor and totally unacceptable!

You know, I get sick and tired of people waving the flag in my face telling me I should buy American. Maybe when American companies build real quality into their products I will.Thought Milwaukee was the best so bought this because I needed a drill I could depend on. After 5 uses, it stopped working.Going back to Makita or Hitachi. I've had enough.

I have been using Milwaukee drills for years and they have all been great. This hammer drill is no exception. I have never used a hammer drill before now, only a rotary hammer, but this drill performed as needed. It took a little more pressure while drilling, but it did the job.

I read a lot of reviews, and spoke with some contractors I know, and they all had problems with hammer drills of other colors. Milwaukee always got good to great ratings. I own one other Milwaukee, and it is a great tool too, so I thought this a good choice. I was not disappointed. This drill is powerful, light weight, and with a new set of bits, made holes in concrete, ceramic tile, and wood with ease, largest was 1/2". In wood with a 1" self-feeding auger bit it was unstoppable. I am only a weekend warrior, so I am sure this tool will outlast me.

The drill is good for light to medium duty work.(The hammer part is a little weak). I wore out a good brand drill bit, and had three holes to drill thru 10" of wall with a 7/8" carbide bit. You pay for what you get, but it is really good for the light work. Be sure to purchase good masonry bits to perform the job. If it had more hammer, it would have done the job. Over-all a good choice for the dollar. Also it does well with regular drilling for stud or joist work. So it's a pretty good purchase.
