This product is really good. The rugs stay in place but installing them is just a bit confusing til you get used to it. Its actually easy. They are expensive though. I like the fact that they are magnetic, I can remove the rug clean under them and replace the rug. Excellent if you have pets.

With a 3-year-old, we definitely found ourselves needing something to help keep the rug in place -- he runs around so much with the dog that it kept displacing itself on a daily basis. I THOUGHT these would be the answer, but unfortunately, they were not. While they had no problem adhering to the floor, they would NOT stay stuck on the carpet. They're supposed to, but our Safavieh rug continues to move around off of the magnetic corner. It's a good idea, just clearly not going to work for everyone.

Easy to install but make sure to follow the instructions! My only gripe is that one side does not stay stuck to the rug. The other corners work well but one seemed slightly defective? Still worth it; I just hold it to the rug if I need to move it.

This product has solved a pet peeve of mine! I have a large pitbull who loves to do zoomies, but he moves the area rug every time and I can't stand moving the area rug back. Part of the rug is underneath my kitchen table, but the other half is not. He would do his zoomies and move the rug, so I would have to constantly have to fix the rug and the tables and chairs to make it even again. Well, after putting these magnets on, he did his zoomies and it didn't budge! I was SOOOO happy! I wish I knew about this product sooner! The only thing that is negative, is that there was one missing piece of the "mated" magnets, so I only had three sets, which wasn't an issue since the table is on top of the other half of the rug, but I really wanted to use the other 2 on another rug in my room that my dog jumps off the bed on.

I am SO impressed with these magnets! I initially tried rubber grip mats under my rugs, like the kind you’d find for a dollar twenty-five at a certain store, but my kitchen rug really wasn’t staying flat and I tend to trip on loose corners a lot. When I found these I thought I’d try them, and they really work well! I have hardwood and tile floors, and they stuck on perfectly in both places. I was even able to remove and re-stick a floor piece in a better position: no residue and it went back down just fine! Then I had extra magnets, so I actually sliced each corner in half to make mini magnets for the rug in front of my vanity. That worked perfectly, too, and didn’t make it any less effective! Keep in mind though, that was a smaller rug so the magnets were proportionally sized. The only downside to these is that once they’re on, you can’t really wash your rugs. Now I just settle for a thorough vacuum and spot clean. I’m thinking that in the future I’ll try putting some sort of mesh pocket on my rug to slip the magnet in so I can remove it to wash, but I don’t know if that will make it stick considerably less or not. Either way, the magnets as they’re intended to be used are totally worth it if you’ve got trouble with a rug moving around!

These are unique rug grippers. They come with 4 corners and two pieces for each corner. You lay the two on top of one another and the peel the protective film off one side and place it on the corner of the rug and then peel the other side film off to secure against the hard surface floor and I stood on it for a minute to hold it securely in place. The last and do not budge except for when dust eventually will get on the adhesive but you can wash them off with water and let dry and reuse them.
