I did have an issue with the O2 sensor fitting on the passenger side after the cat. The fitting position is to the side on the pipe. The original converter fitting position was to the top of the pipe. To the side of the pipe. My issue was a full body Bosch type O2 sensor like a 15703 was hitting the lip edge of transmission pan and will not line up to screw in. So, I had to order a Denso 234-4012 which has smaller diameter body. But it also was hitting the lip edge of transmission pan but not as much. To fix this problem I had to grind the lip edge of the transmission pan down almost flat. But this gave the O2 sensor just enough room to screw in with a small amount of clearance. Also, with the sensor in this position when it comes time to service the transmission You will have to remove the sensor so the pan can be removed. The transmission in my Vette is a 4L60e one piece type. The other issue was both Catalytic Converters came in with heavy oil and grit residue in the inlet pipes. The product arrived quickly, and well packaged. Once I removed the old cat, I immediately did a side-by-side comparison. This part was perfect, and even BETTER than the original. I say that because the bung for the downstream 02 sensor was rotated 90 degrees from the original equipment, which means that if I ever need to replace that sensor, it will be 1000% easier. It is well made and fits like a glove. A million thanks to the MagnaFlow team for delivering such a great part. And thanks to Amazon for making it available on my favorite place to buy ANYTHING.

Loved that it finally fixed my problem,but it was not direct fit,which cost me more for installing.
