Bought this TV “renewed” hoping it would be like an open box Best Buy purchase and it was! Tv came in a previously opened original box with everything in perfect condition! Tv is beautiful. We have a larger 65” C1 so I already knew what to expect with the C2 55” but it’s still just a mesmerizing TV and works so well for playing games. Highly recommend saving yourself a couple hundred dollars and going renewed but get a warranty which for these TVs should be a given even if you purchase new.

This tv is super thin. The one they sent to me is broken. There are lines in the tv. Go to the store to buy this tv, it’s not supposed to be shipped.

Tv likes to act like my wifi is down all the while turning my PlayStation on every time I don’t want it on and won’t turn it on when I want it to. The remote is not good either. Like why does the enter button scroll but you can’t scroll with it? If you want to throw away money so you can be angry using a “smart” tv regularly then it’s a great purchase.

Was available to purchase using the monthly payment plan which made it super easy so lightweight I could install it by myself on a wall mount. The depths of field and color is spectacular lots of options to enhance it really appreciate the filmmaker mode and the pixel cleaning two nice features. I purchased a soundbar to go with it but honestly I haven't used the soundbar the I'm going to small room and the speakers on this TV have a really good voice enhancement so I can hear what they're saying. The Wii style remote takes me back it's a little challenging sometimes to use but I don't mind.I would absolutely recommend this TV.

Best tv I have ever owned the picture is incredible was nervous to buy refurbished but it looks brand new. The sound is actually pretty good for a tv was surprised by that. Supports everything for Ps5 and Xbox series X gaming never looked so good
