I wasted a thousand dollars. Very dissapointed. I would think that for that kind of money the product would support Amazon Prime Video adequately. Not only does it keep crashing, (have to uninstall, and reinstall to get it to work), but it does not allow you to rent or buy movies through the tv. You literally have to take out your computer or phone and rent/buy the movie there, in order for it to show up in your prime app list in the tv. Absolutely inconvenient. I want to return the tv and get a Fire tv, because this is ridiculous.Did a google search as to why and got this: "As of June 1, 2022, users with devices running the Android™ operating system can only buy, rent, or subscribe to Prime Video™ content by visiting the Amazon website or via the Prime Video app on other supported devices. Content or subscriptions purchased via the website and/or another supported device will continue to be playable in the Prime Video app on your device." Unbelievable.

Perfect purchase. Couldn’t get this tv via Best Buy as it is being discontinued. (We already have a 55” ad a 65” and love both of them). Was worried about buying a renewed tv, but, wow - -pleasantly and happily surprised and satisfied. TV arrived last Wednesday instead of Friday (when we anticipated it would arrive). Perfect! Paid BestBuy Total Tech some money to set it up and take away the box and the old Vizio TV. —Very very pleased with this tv and the seller. THANK YOU!

If you are worried about pulling the trigger on a refurbished product as I was, I can only tell you that I have yet to find anything wrong with the A80J from Amazon’s renewed program. All the parts were present, even if the box had obviously been resealed. The tv was immaculate with no obvious physical blemishes. The picture quality is perfect, if not slightly dim on HDR content compared to my Samsung QN90A. Probably would get that tv instead for a super bright room. The only real evidence that it was a renewed product was the box and the fact that the previous owner had left their google account signed in. I quickly did a factory reset and was off to the races. Unfortunately this meant that I didn’t get my five free Bravia Core films from Sony since the previous user clearly got those, but that’s not really a huge deal to me. Would have been a nice bonus, but oh well. Setup is incredibly easy and tv is lighter and easier to lift than LG C1 Oled. Overall, a great deal and I don’t regret saving the money.

This is our first smart TV and we are AMAZED by the sound, picture quality, and features. We did have a problem with CEVA shipping having the wrong phone number for us and accidentally sending our TV from Indiana to Maryland when they couldn't contact us! Our other main problem was setting up the antenna broadcast stations. After scanning, we had 5 duplicate channels on the master list which resulted in losing 4 very local VHF stations and very poor picture quality on the remaining broadcast stations. Sony tech support was very helpful in finding the problem, but it took them some time! Broadcast stations are very good now.

Bought this TV “Used-Like New” from Beach Camera Same Day Shipping. It was here in 2 days (during the week before Christmas!), well packed. All OEM packaging like new. I was nervous about what I might be getting, because the price was great. I felt comfortable proceeding because of Amazon return policies. But now that I have it all set up, I am very happy. TV looks and sounds great. Just what I wanted! Very pleased with everything so far!!! Thank you Beach Camera and Amazon for making my Holiday special without breaking the bank!

The TV is everything I've been hunting for: a 4K OLED HDR beautiful screen. The renewed price was great, but one thing is that the TV I received is kind of bent. The screen bows in a bit like a curved monitor, but you can't tell when looking at it from the front. The back is more concerning though - one side of the screen panel seems to be separating from the central backplate of the TV. It looks concerning from the back, but since I got the TV for a good deal and it doesn't affect the image and it still looks flat from the front, I don't mind. I really just didn't want to have to return a TV through the mail, however that would work.

We had a wonderful 50" plasma TV that was 17 years old; we absolutely LOVED it; the image was FABULOUS but it just couldn't keep up with the current technology so, after doing a lot of research we bought this one. The picture is equal to our old plasma. We wondered if the 77" would be too overwhelming but it really is terrific. Now our media room is truly a home theater. We also bought a surround sound system to work with it--replacing our old one. We are delighted with it and would highly recommend it.

TL/DR: The absolute best picture I've ever seen.This is replacing a Samsung QLED, and I have an LG OLED in my bedroom. The QLED was bright with good color and motion processing, but not the best contrast, and it washed out at even slight angles. My LG OLED has amazing contrast but exhibits significant color-banding, and some stutter and artifacts on any non-60hz content. Based on reviews I had all but resigned myself to those compromises, though have been keeping an eye out for the 65" 80j to go on sale. It hit $1500 this week and I pulled the trigger. Had I known how good it is I would've gladly paid more to have it sooner.Perfect contrast, amazing color, no stutter or artifacts, absolutely flawless detail. Helps that Google tv is now a top notch interface that syncs with all the devices in my Android household.Twenty years ago, or thereabouts, my roommate paid close to $20k for a shiny new Pioneer Elite plasma and Kenwood towers. We set it all up, fired up a Terminator 2 laserdisc, and I had my first real OMG moment with home theater. Today the A80J and an Atmos soundbar have finally surpassed that experience, for around $2500 all-in. We live in amazing times, my friends...
