It's a bespoke part--can't get it any where except from folks that have Kohler parts. :-(It's not expensive, but the shipping was almost the same as the price of the part. [sigh]The item worked as expected. It arrived within three days. Yeaaay. Enh.We could have called a plumber and paid 5 times the price of part/shipping, so, again, enh.

Parts arrived on time, well packaged. Fit with existing part was excellent. Installed and working normally so far.

The hot water hose on my Kohler Forte faucet got a pinhole leak after 13 years. This was the perfect replacement. Hose is a little thinner than the original, but fit and length seem equivalent.

This is the right replacement for my 10 year old leaking original Kohler hoses in my bathroom sinks. One installation note - mine leaked after I thought it was tight. On two installations, I found I needed to put a lot of force to tighten one last quarter turn to effectively seal off any leak.

One end goes to faucet, the other to the supply tube. Splurged and got Kohler branded tube to unnecessarily match the faucet, so I overpaid a bit. Fittings like this have been pretty standard in the US, but check anyway in case you have an older fixture or plumbing system. About ten or so minutes to remove/replace a leaker, but then I had no obstructions, and I pulled the entire faucet off the sink to get easier access to the faucet end connection.

Not sure why Kohler needed to use a proprietary brass fitting for these hoses on the valve body side, but it made sure I couldn't buy a replacement at my local plumbing store. I guess it is because they save space and allow for a more compact design, but then it would be nice if the industry got together and decided on a common form factor and spec similar or even exactly like the Kohler system. That boat has likely sailed, as I see they are now using a different, push in click system, vs. these threaded fittings. As for the parts I received, they were genuine Kohler, in Kohler packaging with part number. Worked like a charm.

Manufacturer replacement part for my previous pair of Kohler 1234696 hoses which was a perfect-fit replacement. Let's just say that really hard water can be a b*tch, and made it necessary to replace the hoses along with the central (all brass?) module of my kitchen faucet when water leakage made it necessary to replace the ceramic cartridge. It was much cheaper to purchase the parts and do the replacement work myself.
