The hose is better than the original that came with the sink I have. It's actually a lot more flexible. For installation you have to remove the rubber washer from the piece that will connect to the sprayer and pull it over the entire hose then put the washer back into it before connecting to the sprayer. There is also a rubber washer that I could not see in the photo that comes in handy with it because using the old one if you are trying to replace probably would not work correctly. Overall very happy with this hose replacement for my sink.

It seems like it should be simple, but not having a description of the three pieces included with the item or instructions on how to use them caused extra work and frustration. We could not find any help on the Grohe website either. When replacing something under a sink in a hard to reach place, any sort of "how to" would be helpful.That said, once installed, it works great.
