These brushes are recommended by Stuart Davies. I purchased a #8 and 2 of #4. They were worth the wait, and I was easily able to track their shipment from Europe.

This is my favorite filbert brush. The characteristics of the hog hair really give my paintings the looser, impressionistic look I am after. I paint with heavy body acrylics and I love the dramatic brush stokes I can produce when moving around thick amounts of paint. The long handle, copper ferrule, and matte finish of the brush is really lovely. The long handle allows me to stand back from the canvas and loosen up my strokes. This brush has made me a fan of Jackson's Art brushes! I will definitely purchase from them again. The only downside is the slow shipping. This came from Europe, so it took about a month to arrive.
