Q1. What should you do before using the battery?
A1: Because of safe transportation and storage, batteries were only charged to 40-50% power before sending to Amazon warehouse, so when you received the battery, please fully charge the battery via your original charging cable for the first time use. If use an 1A adapter, it need about 6h(6.04Ah/1A=6h) for fully charged.
Q2. How long could it last?
A2: After fully charged(App shows the Battery Level 100%), like the original R ing rechargeable battery pack, it will last 15-30 continuous days by using APP recommended settings or last about 2-3 months with lower power usage settings in lower device’s motion environment. Of course, the battery life is based on Motion Detection and Settings such as Snapshot Capture, Motion Freauency, Advanced Motion Detection and Video Recording Length.
Q3. What shold I do if I have multiple backup batteries?
A3: For best performance, keep the battery fully charged every 3-month when not in use. It will be healthy to the battery life.
Q4. What shold I do if battery itself have any problem?

The charge on it is way better than the ring brand battery. The charge on this battery last me about 2.5 weeks where the ring brand battery is about a week. Definitely recommend for better performance and better price than ring brand battery.

The batteries are correct for the ring cameras, but I thought that I was getting a multi battery charger also. After going back and reading the description, I didn’t see anything that said a charger was included. Just be aware that there’s no charger.

Get Ring battery replacements at a fraction of the cost. Hey work very well in the older generation Ring products (Video Doorbell 2, older spotlight cam). Newer Ring products (not sure which or how many) do not recognize the battery when installed. Nevertheless, good product with good battery life & durability. I’d still recommend just be aware of its limitations.

Battery works but the response to my phone is delayed when a person is at the door. The original battery response to phone was immediate.
