Followed all of the instructions and all of the plants got mold and died. Waste of money and time.

These kits are adorable, although I feel the price was a bit expensive for something you could DIY rather easily. I would find it more convenient if the jars were a slightly smaller size to fit better on a windowsill, they’re in my kitchen window but I feel like the little bit of an overhang is likely to cause an accident. My seeds sprouted quickly and seem to be growing well enough. There is a bit of saprophytic fungus growing on one or two of the plants, I don’t believe this is a product flaw but possibly because I need to move them to a window that gets stronger and longer sun or has better airflow.

I purchased these hoping they would work. It’s such a cute idea for growing herbs. We sat them in the windowsill, watered them, and gave them plant food, but they didn’t grow much and the soil got moldy.

I’m loving these so far. 1-2 of them did take longer to get growing. I found these on Amazon for 1/2 the price of another company. Good buy!

100% fail. I even bought the fertilizer they recommend. The jars are sitting in full light. The rosemary and cilantro didn’t even start. I sent the company a note and they sent me a Rosemary replacement, but not cilantro. I replanted that. The mint and basil seemed to be doing ok. But, after a month they all died. Thr 1” sprouts were simply brown and dead one morning. Net - don’t waste your money.
