The Sinometer HP9810 is an automotive tester and digital multimeter combined in one, it can measure AC/DC voltage, DC current, resistance, temperature in both celsius and fahrenheit, as well as diode check and continuity test. For automotive testing, you can use it to measure dwell angle and RPM up to 10,000.

Readings were not consistent with several functions. Batteries were replaced yielding the same wild results. However, the display is very easy to read. I don't often write negative reviews, but this is one of those purchases that I feel was a complete waste of money.

The tach function does not work. It just generates random numbers. I need to measure rpm on a Willy’s F134 4 cyl. Dwell angle seems to work but does not give a steady readout.

Everything seems to work great on the functions. Gave it 4 stars because there's a couple of functions I haven't tried yet.

So far this seems to be a very good tool. I like the pin probe with the alligator clip adapter. The display is easy to read and had a back lit option. It has all the scales I need. The Instructions are a bit odd, probably translated from a foreign language
