Precautions & Solutions:
Avoid vibration or movement — after any movement, stabilize the device and start a new test.
Avoid strong light (sunlight, flash, etc.) — after exposure, place the device in a dark area (e.g., drawer) for 1–2 hours, then retest. *Indoor lighting does not affect results.
Avoid high humidity — place a desiccant near the air inlet if needed, then start a new test.
Recommended Placement:
Radon enters buildings through foundation cracks and openings, coming from soil, rocks, or groundwater. Place the detector in areas where radon may collect, such as basements, garages, or near floor cracks.

Long-term exposure to high radon levels can damage lungs. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer after smoking.
