Okay my bad I didn’t notice that the description said ‘indoor’ or ‘porch’ usage. I bought these to go outside on the steps at the bottom of my porch. So they will definitely be exposed to all of our Canadian weather. As such my main concern (aside from fading) is wind blowing off the tips. The tips kind of slide onto the branches so theoretically a good gust could blow some pieces off. No wonder they aren’t for full outdoor use. That said I’ve spent the time fluffing them (a lot of time, you have to be gentle), and they look extremely realistic. Like as in even if you get close it still looks real.There is definitely a plastic smell and some tips were missing on one of the trees. But they are so lush and full it hardly makes a difference. The other one was perfect.So now I’m torn between using them as I intended and see how long they last or returning them for something outdoor rated. Hoohumm..

It's beautifully made, the price is good, it looks very realistic, and if you look at it from a distance, it's a real tree, it's perfect.
