1) What can I do to retain the Face ID of my phone?
1. Face ID only works with the original front camera and sensors assembly for user protection, you have to install the original iPhone 14 Pro max digitizer screen components on our screen correctly.
2. If the Face ID doesn’t work after using the screen installation, please make sure all the parts are put in the correct places, and reset the Face ID on the setting then do a hard reset.
2) There are black/white dots or lines on the LCD iPhone 14 Pro max touch screen, what should I do?
This may be caused during transportation, incorrect installation, or incorrect usage of the screen, please do not press too hard on the screen or drop it during installation or daily use.
3) Why does the touch function can't work properly after connecting all the cables?
The touch issue might be caused because the cables are not installed correctly. Please try to unplug all the connectors on the logic board. Then use dust wipes or cotton swabs to wipe all the sockets carefully and reinstall the screen. Make sure you connect all the connectors correctly with a "click" sound and make sure the metal plate over the connectors of the LCD digitizer for iPhone 14 Pro max is screwed down properly.

Everything worked well with the installation. Good fit and instructions and too kit. The video is clear and easy to follow. The onlyissue I have is that the photos are not sharp and the screen has a slight green color balance and the contrast is not as nice as the original screen. But for the price you really can't complain too much.

The screen also looks great and fit my phone perfectly. The color matches perfect with my phone, no discrepancies. I would definitely recommend buying this item!

...da wünscht sich einer der Nachkommen sein erstes iPhone und nach nur wenigen Wochen stellt sich heraus, dass auch bei diesen Geräten die Displays nicht unkaputtbar sind...wow...welch Erkenntnis.Da ich selber ein kleiner Bastler bin und auch schon bei anderen Smartphones die Displays gewechselt habe, war es mir hier einen Versuch wert.Display inkl. Zubehör (ich mag das kleine Magnet-Pad ) wurde sehr schnell geliefert und auch eine Verlinkung zu einem sehr gutem YT-Tutorial war dabei. Goil.Das Display ließ sich problemlos verbauen und die Qualität ist top!Also, keine Angst und auch mal selber machen!Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert!

Es ist super erklärt im Anleitungsvideo, und die Beigefügten werkzeuge haben auch eine gute Qulaität. Man kann sich für diesen Preis überhaupt nicht beschweren.

Vier Tage nach dem Einbau wurde ein Eck plötzlich dunkel und das Display wurde sehr heiß. Auch Batterie wurde innerhalb von ein Paar Minuten leer. Ich vermute ein Kurzschluss bei der Elektronik des Displays, weil nach dem Rückbau des alten Displays das Problem nicht mehr bestand.

This screen has really good build quality and touch responsiveness, very happy with it. BUT, the color is off on my screen and that bugs me because I expect something as close as I can get to my original OLED. 3 stars because aesthetics/visuals are really important for user experience, and the color was so off that I had to use the “color filter” option in accessibility to adjust it, and it’s still not 100%. I’m hoping it’s maybe an exception and I can get a replacement.EDIT: I just noticed a dead pixel on my screen shortly after this review. Will ask for a refund.

After installing for 30 min i turned the screen on to notice a internal crack. I had to uninstall and return for credit. The 2nd replacement screen was splitting from the frame upon delivery. I installed anyway since daughter was out of phone for nearly a week and it was to bad to use when I finished installing as I had to e5000 glue the screen back to frame. I have installed ipad screens and several iPhone screens in last with no issues until this one. I am just going to buy a new phone at this point than dealing with these cheap screens.

I was unsure of which iPhone XR screen to purchase on Amazon given the amount of options that are available. I came across this item and was happy with the time they took to present their product; but the lack of reviews had me hesitant. I placed the order anyways. I have to say I am VERY IMPRESSED with the quality of this product. It came with a YouTube video link after purchase for install, all tools necessary to do the job, a handy magnetic mat for all those tiny screws, and a screen protector! Even the box it came in had all the tools neat and organized. I will 100% purchase from this seller again.

I needed a screen to replace before I sent back my phone for an upgrade to get close to full value of the trade in. I have not changed a screen before, so it took me about an hour been very careful and double checking everything. In Summary: It worked and was fairly easy to do and like that it came with all the parts necessary to switch out the screen. NOTE: some fuzziness occurred on parts of my screen initially... but it cleared up after some use. Don't freak out as it just needed to warm up i guess.Background: I wound up not using the included tools as I had precision screwdriver set that looked more capable. You MUST USE a blow dryer or heated air source to loosen the screen adhesive (suggested in video's inset pictures) otherwise the screen may not come off. One of the support video links on the email didn't work, but really only the 1st video is needed and they include multiple ways to access it.

This product is amazing and super easy. I used the screw magnet may sent and it helped a lot. If you use this product USE IT! It helped me keep where the screws went in a graph word of way. Use the mat like a model of the inside of the phone and it’s super easy. Need a steady hand though those screws are super little, but that doesn’t take away from this product at all. Had it installed in 45 minutes and that’s someone who hasn’t done it before. Great product and affordable! Thanks
