This rug is not easy to clean. The bottom of the rug falls apart so the quality just is not there. It’s a good size very bright and colorful but it’s not worth the money. I’d recommend getting a foam pad for the play room or a rug that you can wash without it disintegrating.

We have hardwood floors so I like to put down a mat for my baby to have floor time and this is one of my favorites. We put it down and take it up with each use and this is easily stored each time. It cleans very well with the vacuum, it’s soft against his skin and doesn’t rub wrong. The colors are bright and bold, very well made and durable. I love the education and entertainment he gets from this one mat and very well worth the money.

Love this rug/mat for my baby to look at and play on. He loves how soft it is. Washed on gentle cycle and let air dry. Looking forward to teaching him using it!

The print seems much smaller than the picture but still a decent sizeIt is not as thick as it looks in the pictures as well, I ended up laying down on carpet so it isn't to uncomfortable to sit onThe colors are great and it has multiple things to learn fromI have a rug very similar to this and it is so easy to clean, I just take it outside, sprinkle some dawn on it and spray with high powered hose then let dry in the sun. I don't want to wash in machine as I don't want it to clumpOverall It is a nice rug and lots to learn from

This carpet is exactly what I was looking for for my reading corner in my classroom. It is super soft, a place you want to sit on, snuggle up and read a book. But it is also great to pronounce the alphabet, the days of the week, the month of the year, and even introduce learning to read the clock. My kids love it, and it's a daily engaging conversation piece. It features some unique animals, like a unicorn for U, Nahrwale for n, or an alpaca for A, which I love since it makes the kids think beyond the animals they usually associate with the letters.I got the small size, which offers enough space for five toddlers to sit on and enjoy some quiet reading time comfortably.A fantastic addition to any home nursery or toddler classroom setting!

Make sure you pay careful attention to the dimensions on this rug. If you order based upon the advertising photos, it can be incredibly misleading , as the images are for the larger sized rugs it would appear. The small rug is quite tiny, and likely large enough to be a sleep mat, or some thing for a very small area. The rug is soft and lightly padded.I think some of the animal choices could have been better for a young learner; N for narwhal, Y for yak, x for xeme, w for wapiti, v for vole… then U is for unicorn which I guess is ok, but it’s not even a real animal. Oh well..Luckily the letters are still easily distinguishable although i think the days of the month and week can be difficult to make out due to the print in white writing and a thin font.Overall still a decent play rug or lunch mat, but uncertain how the lettering will hold up with frequent washing.
