I bought these for two reasons: they're narrow enough to fit in a small area, and they plug into my desktop computer without the need for an outlet. Those two pros made these worth the money.I've never cared too much about sound quality but I can notice something slightly off about the sound from these, especially if you turn them up louder. Speaking of louder, these do not get loud at all.I got these to listen to music/videos two feet from me and for that purpose, I feel I got what I was looking for.

I have these in my office, so don't get a chance to crank them up, but they've delivered whenever I've needed them and the sound quality is clear. They're compact, and nice looking.

My old speakers were louder and sounded way better and were less expensive than these. I am VERY disappointed in this purchase. There are more varieties of computer speakers to choose from out there than I ever would have imagined. I'm positive I could have spent half the money and got at least double the quality and satisfaction than I did with these overpriced, crappy sounding speakers. The one on the right already sounds like its busted or about to bust; has a static/crackling sound to it if its turned up past a certain point. DONT BUY THESE UNLESS YOU WANT TO OVERPAY FOR LESS THAN STANDARD PERFORMANCE.

I have used these speakers for a few months now, and they have functioned perfectly the entire time. I haven't had any problems at all. They sound as good as the day I received them.

Sound good but a bit tinny and no bass. But for the price they are WELL WORTH it!!!But if you need speakers for gaming or music videos etc- look further..

Sound quality is much better than I expected for the price and the speakers are smaller than my last set. I purchased these because I was unable to find an inexpensive set of speakers that would produce sound out of both speakers with my Laptop/Docking station setup. After some research, a USB powered set was the fix for many people and it worked for me, too!
