I had another unit like this that worked well but it was no where as well built as this. And being well built for a double tube is a great thing. I feelLike this will last me forever!

This is a good simple gun for epoxy or anything else that takes two components at a 1:1 ratio. You also need to get a 1:1 cartridge (same diameter tube on both sides) as well as your epoxy. It's not heavy considering how sturdy it is. Everything is built much better than a one-component caulking gun, even though it's about the same tool with an extra pusher.The frame isn't just sheet metal, but welded plates. The handles are the same, probably cast. The action is smooth and slow enough, that's the 25:1 ratio of handle movement to pusher movement.This gun does not have the option to swap out a pusher for a smaller one on one side to fit in a 2:1 cartridge.

This applicator gun has a lot of metal to it, which means both that it will likely be durable but also that it’s heavy. The weight isn’t excessive, but that beefier build could be an issue for someone working with it all day. It looks just like what’s in the images and seems to deliver in the promises made in the listing. As long as it holds up over time, it’s a good product.
