So far nothing from Creality customer service. Printer does not work, Bed heater can not heat properly thus the AB temp error. Checked hot end it works as I could run a PID tune on it. Then beb give error while attempting to run a PID tune on it. Thus this is how I know it is the bed heater/thermistor not working properly. Will update if I get a resolution to this problem. Have sent a support ticket to creality and let amazon know also.

My extruder quit working. Put on a new extruder and it doesn't work. Put the extruder on another printer and they work. Bad ribbon cable and can't find a replacement cable for it. Now I have an expensive paper weight. stay away from these and this company. Check the web, it's a known problem.

Starting from an Ender 3, doing all this work with zero upgrades, having great experiences, I decided to treat myself to something bigger and "better." Here are my experiences, thus far:After using it for a week, it no longer works appropriately. Constantly fighting it to allow me to level the bed manually. The BL Touch constantly gets stuck in it's housing. The stock hotend doesn't stay consistent at all. I should have bought (2) Ender 3s, just so I don't have to deal with the "upgrades" constantly causing issues. 3/5Update: now, whenever it tries to auto home, the printer head randomly keeps going, even after it hits the limit switch.. this thing is going to be the death of me! 1/5

pues llegó a tiempo, pero llegó incompleto le falta una pieza que es la pantalla, me esperé antes de publicar pues conseguí la pantalla desde un proveedor local y pues afortunadamente la impresora funciona... no lo recomiendo la venta porque ahora entiendo el precio tan económico.
