I bought this mug warmer for my wife and she loves it. It keeps her tea/coffee warm the entire morning. The design is also very elegant.

So far so good! I keep my coffee on the warmer as I'm working from home so I don't have to go back & forth to the microwave (yes I'm a slow drinker!) At first I thought I'd have to use the mug that came with it, but you can use any mug. Travel mug, ceramic mug. Whatever. Just as long as it's not plastic or styrofoam. Highly recommend!

Less than 2 weeks of use and the outside of it got extremely hot and would not turn off !!!!!!! FIRE HAZARD 🔥 My wife is sending them back !!!

This warmer is great. It has a low profile and fits many styles of coffee mugs. It has three temp settings, but I typically only need the lowest setting of 104 degrees to keep my coffee warm. I found that this also works with my coffee mugs that do not have a flat bottom, which is the style of the mug that comes with the unit. Also note that the two buttons are soft touch digital buttons which makes it very easy to use without needing to place pressure on the unit and causing it to shift or move, especially if you have a cup of coffee warming on it. I've had the unit for a couple of months now and no regrets for having purchased it. I recommend the product.
