Cats love them, but be aware that they're short when stood on end. We use them stood up against items cats wanted to scratch. These complement cat trees and other tall scratchers to give cats something other than furniture to scratch.

Our kitties prefer it to any other scratcher. It does shed little pieces of cardboard though, but I knew that would happen. I really like how thick it is, it should last a while until they shred it down.

Our cats love these scratching pads - they are big guys and the surface area on this one is perfect for them. I like that the cardboard hasn't started shredding (yet) The price is good for 2 as well.

The scratch pad is something that my cat uses daily. It fits conveniently and my cat likes it.

The design of this scratcher is super cute with its unique shape and the elephant motif on the sides. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for us.It was a little shorter than expected. My cats are large, and it isn't quite right for them. They could not fully extend their bodies to scratch while stretching out, which is what they like to do.When one tried to use it, it started to fall over and made her run away because it scared her. A broader base or a way to secure it to a wall could improve its stability.They also never went back to it after I showed it to them. Perhaps this was due to the shape, as they usually love vertical scratchers. I tried putting it on the floor horizontally, but they did not use it except to sit on it—I think they don't like the surface's odd shape no matter which way it is.I believe the cats in the photos in the description are added digitally. It would help someone like me if they had pictures of it with actual cats so you could understand the dimensions. I do not have good spatial reasoning, so it helps me to see items next to other items for perspective, and digitally manipulated images can be confusing.The measurements are provided, but they don't mean much to me because I can't picture what they look like in real life. If they could not get a cat in the picture, a standard-sized item, such as a gallon jug or something, could be placed next to it to help make it understandable.Despite my experience, I rate this product four stars. The adorable design and apparent quality are definite plus points. If you have smaller cats who enjoy vertical scratching surfaces, they might love this scratcher.

My cats love these. They are so much better than others I've had that didn't last long but I have a feeling these are going to last a lot longer 👍
