The headrest seems like a great idea and I’m hoping it works out for my kids out our 17+ hour road trip coming up. They are comfortable to lean against and fit snug width wise on the head rest bars. They are a little loose feeling to lean your head against as an adult but I think for a kids head it will be sturdy enough. I gave it a 4 star because the frame is a little bulky and doesn’t fit well in my Odyssey because the seatbelt housing is next to the headrest. So I can’t push the headrest snug down on the frame. But I do like that it has a foam cushion around the plastic frame so your head isn’t hitting the plastic frame. I am keeping them because I think I can come up with something to make it feel more snug on the headrest poles (vertically). It’s always hard for my kids to sleep in the van since they are out of backed car seats. The odyssey doors are pretty far from where they are sitting so leaning against the window with a pillow is uncomfortable. I’m hoping this will help them relax and sleep on the ride. We’re probably take a small pillow with us so they use a pillow against the headrest. I’ll have to update afterwards if it helps them sleep and relax!

The product's width is a little tight for the headrest in my Chevy Silverado 1500 High Country, so the pillows are brushed up against the headrest. It's a little tight to move the pillows up and down, but they still function well once they are down. I was able to sleep leaning on them during long drives. The color matches the color of my vehicle's interior, so that was a plus. When not in use, the pillows could be folded up and away from the passenger head causing no interference to entry into and exit from the vehicle.

It does what it says, but wish it was a bit bigger. It’s ok when my child is sitting upright but when she falls asleep, her head falls under it a lot of times. So it’s not very useful when that happens.
